How do I prepare a stock of 4U/mL of Aprotinin from just 10mg vial?

I have a 10mg Aprotinin vial (sigma A1153), I need to prepare a stock of 4Units/mL from this vial. Can anyone tell me the calculations or how should I prepare this stock solution?
