Hi All, Is there any alternative reagent than Trypan Blue to stain the PBMC cells for Manual Counting?

As we are finding difficult to secure the Trypan Blue supplies in Colombia, i would like to know if there is any alternative reagent to Stain the PBMC cells.

Is there any method to purify the silver nanoparticles other than centrifugation process?

Since the size of the silver nanoparticles is uniform and small about 7 to 10 nm and we don't have the facility of ultracentrifuge, I can use max speed upto 10000rpm.

Can anyone say why precipitate forms when CMC reacts with any salt?

Is there any solution to get rid of precipitation or is there any salt which doesn't get precipitated when added with CMC (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose)?
