Hi there, does anyone recommend the isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) to monitor the real time biofilm metabolic activity and/or attachment?

I want to know how reliable the isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) is in monitoring the real time bacterial biofilm metabolic activity and the biofouling capacity. Thanks!
