ChIP from microdissected tissue samples?

How feasible would it be to perform ChIP RT-PCR from small samples (no more than a few hundred micrograms) of brain tissue? Does anyone have any protocol/suggestion/experience with this?

Does anyone have successful experience with immunofluorescence for PSD proteins (NMDAR subunits, PSD-95…) on brain cryosections (not in cultures)?.

I tried it with long incubation times (3 days for primary antibodies), 0,3% Triton, heat-, enzymatic- or citrate buffer-induced antigen retrieval but it doesn't work. Any advice about the protocol?
