Gaussian QST2 calculation time and using memory problem?

I am using Gaussian 09 32 bit and my computer is 64 bit with 16 GB RAM. I'm trying to run QST2 for the HO2+NO-> OH+NO2 reaction, but both the CPU is used around 25% and the memory usage drops...
