Chemiluminiscence assay on fully automated analyser giving same RLU values and adifferent CV values for BGW done as a part of daily maintanence ?

RLU ranges given was 100-1200 as per the manufactures guidelines Desired CV< or = to 10 Occasionally getting same CV for two different RLU values . Please explain
