How can I create a mouse model of a Dopamine Transporter 3'-UTR variant (VNTR) that doesn't exist in mice?

I'm trying to model the human DAT1 Variable Number of Tandem Repeats (VNTR) 9- and 10-repeat alleles in mice (this is purely theoretical and for a project - will not be carried out in practice)....
