I need to BLAST some nucleotide sequences and construct the phylogenetic tree. How do I go about it, can I get any help with this?

I sent 27 microbes for PCR and sequencing at a lab in Kaduna, Nigeria, but only 9 came back with sequences. Now I need them analysed to identify these 9. I wish I could send samples somewhere else...
