What is the best method to get frozen sections of fresh human bone marrow trephine biopsies?

I tested several conditions with fixing (4h PFA on ice), decalcification (24h EDTA, 4°C), sucrose (20%, 24h) and then OCT embedding. Still I get suboptimal sections. Any suggestions? Thanks!
