Is it logical to find greater Total Flavonoid Content than Total Poyphenol content while analyzing Piperine (which is an alkaloid) from black pepper?

I'm currently working on the extraction of piperine from black pepper (piper nigrum L) using Response Surface Methodology. Well, extraction yield, TFC, TPC and Antioxidant activity were assessed.
