For an Anti-p24 (HIV) Ag capture ELISA, I am getting low OD readings for a 20-90pg/mL range. What should my primary Ab working concentration be?

OD > 0.300 Standard Deviation> 0.08 Negative control  has high OD. Any advice I will listen!
