Imagej. How to write the macro for draw rectangle so that the coordinates and dimensions are in units e.g. cm not in pixels?

When I record the macro using the auto function it automatically sets the coordinates and dimensions (x,y,w,h) to pixels rather than cm, even though I have set the scale with cm. This is no good...
