I am doing DPPH for my methanol extracts. My extracts can bleached 0.2 mM DPPH at 1mg/ml. How should i do my ascorbic acid standard?

When i used 0.2 mM DPPH, my ascorbic acid readings show no different. Difficult for me to plot the graph.
