What are some stripping protocols that are effective for PVDF western blot membranes with Licor secondaries?

I have used previously the Licor's NewBlot PVDF 5x Stripping Buffer with 0.5% (v/v) SDS for 20 and 60 minutes, however, the primary and secondary antibodies are not being removed.
