How can we "float" a spin-coated p3ht:pcbm film off of glass substrate?

I want to characterize the nanoscale structure of p3ht:pcbm films using sem or tem, but I'm having trouble with floating these films off of the glass substrate to transfer them to a tem grid, etc....
