Except organic solvents, What is the best solvent to dissolved PMMA?

I have tried to dissolve PMMA with acetone, Methanol and DI water but it does not dissolve, while it easily dissolved in chloroform. Could anyone please inform me about the best solvent? Many thanks

Why does zinc-phthalocyanine reduce Voc of the P3HT:PCBM solar cell when it is used between the PEDOT:PSS layer and the active layer?

Voc was reduced form 0.62 to 0.55. Is there any specific reason?

Should I perform fluorescence measurements of organic materials rather in solution or as thin film?

In fact, I did it for both thin film and solution and I found different results with different excitation wavelength.
