With the U.S. Federal Government shutdown, the USDA and other websites are down. Does anyone know an alternate place to find federal forms for now?

I have been unable to locate USDA forms because the websites are down right now. Do the federal research and funding forms exist in another location where they would be accessible right now?

Does anyone know of a place they could recommend (in terms of quality and pricing) for getting salivary cortisol assays processed?

I've heard of only a couple of places to get saliva kits analyzed. Is that because there are not many viable options for researchers? Does anyone have experience using Salimetrics /Kirschbaum/others?

When collecting interviews and observational data from multiple family members in a home, what are reasonable lengths of time for a visit?

The concern is not only for the amount of time the family and the research staff are burdened with, but I'm sure there could there be a burden effect that would influence the data at the point...
