Does anyone have any experience regarding the estimation of ATP in muscle (meat) using a bioluminescence assay?

Do anyone have experience to run ATP bioluminescence assay (In meat samples) using a commerical kit (MAK473) by Sigma Aldrich ?

I have done repeated trials according to the protocol mentioned in the kit literature; however, I am unable to get a standard curve as expected. Can anyone help or guide in this regard?
