Hi While assigning the protein as "make macromolecule" whats the reason for error in pyrx for alternative confirmation protein?

In PYRx for docking a mutated protein while trying to convert protein as macromolecule, I am finding error so that I cannot continue with docking. Kindly may I know how to resolve this issue....
