I have one probe sequence labelled with TAMRA as quencher. I want to replace the quencher from TAMRA to MGB. How can i do with current sequence?

I have already have selected the probe sequence specific to my gene but that is labelled with TAMRA as quencher but i want to label the same sequence with MGB quencher? will it change the probe...
