Why Biogas is produced in 2-3 days from ballon biodigester when feeding source is cow manure?

We know HRT of fresh cow manure to produce biogas is more than 25 days(Ambient temperature around 30 degree centigrade) . But biogas can be produced in around 2-3 days during activation period...
