I grew anaerobic bacteria(SRB), but my vial is contaminated with another bacteria, Is there a way I can retrieve my anaerobic bacteria?

I put one sample in aerobic condition and it grow, so this is how I understand my sample is contaminated. I am looking for a way to separate the SRB.
