Can somebody please suggest me how to measure CD spectra of my protein in presence of nitrate salt that interferes with CD spectra?

I have to observe structural transition of my protein in presence of nitrate salt but the CD spectra is coming really bad.But nitrate salt is interfering with CD spectra
