When we do DFT study of optical properties of a material ,what kind of behaviour of final graphs of n, ìdielectric is considered good and what is not a good behaviour.is thete any criteria for that???

Is there any bandgap criteria for perovskites use in solar cells.Is 1.6 eV or 1.042eV good band gap for PSCs?

i am currently trying different dopants to increase the band gap.The band gap of pure perovskite is 1.5eV
