The Diagnosed MSUD patient is on leucine, isoleucine & valine free diet. Can that patient show normal blood level of leucine and valine amino acid?

A 3 months diagnosed male child of MSUD is on formula diet which is leucine, isoleucine & valine free and showed normal leucine and valine values on blood LCMS/MS profile
