I got a liquid DNA primer! does anyone worked with liquid primers before? and it came without colling! no dry ice , nothing?

Infos I have on the sheet is 23.3 nmoles, OD 5.20. The question is, is it already 100mM or do I need to dilute? No idea! Please let me know if you have experience with this!
