Does anyone can suggest me what concentration of Dispase is better to dissociate human umbilical cord blood MSCs?

I need to detach from culture flask human cord blood MSCs in the most gentle manner. Instead of using trypsine, I prefere to use dispase. I read that work concentration vary between 0.6-2.4 U/ml....
