Did anybody measure SOD (superoxide dismutase) in human urine and can recommend the reference values?

I started the analysis of SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity in human urine using ELISA. The kit manufacturer only provides reference values for serum so I'm not sure if the values I get are ok....
