Hello I'm working with BCG, can someone tell me the growing conditions in agar please? CO2, yes or no??

I tried to make a BCG colony count. I used Meddlebrook agar plates and my rpincipal doubt is if i should use an incubator with or without CO2. How long on averange BCG takes to grow?
