Does anyone know a standardised protocol for the lymphocyte Transformation test? (Timing, dosage etc)?

I am looking for a protocol that allow to reproducibly perform LTT to diagnose idiosyncratic drug reactions with SOPs to define drug concentrations and time of incubation (and if possible, cut-offs)
