Does anyone has experience with ventriculoperitoneal shunt to the gallbladder in adults?

HIV patient with multiple revisions of ventriculoperitoneal shunt due to encapsulation and cysts formation. Due to fungal meningitis the neurosurgeon doesn't want to reposition in the atrium.
