Why are two (non-RNA) bands appearing in my 1% agarose gel of gDNA?

I carried out DNA extraction from skin biopsies of warts using Qiagen's QIAamp DNA Mini Kit. I performed off-column RNase digestion followed by ethanol precipitation.
