Any idea about how strong the PCR product of methylation-specific PCR (MSP) can be if it is kept in room temperature or at 4 degree?

Dear all, After I did the MSP, I kept the PCR products in 4 degree for about 3 weeks and 1 week they were at room temperature. Would it give me good sequencing result? Thank you
