In a hand-made vacuum oven with PID controller and SSR, there is a high overshoot (about 30 C), what can I do?

I have built a vacuum oven with Autonics TZN4L-14S PID controller and SSR (SRH1 30A) as a transmitter but due to its perfect insulation, if there is a slight overshoot, its temperature won't drop....
