Is it possible to remove the scan-line error strips of the landsat images using ArcGIS software?

I intend to use Landsat 7 image of 2006. However, I has dark strips as a result of scan-line error, which depletes the quality of the image. Can I remove such lines using ArcGIS 10.2 software?
