How can i change the isotropic thermal parameter (Beq) to anisotropic?

I am trying to change the isotropic thermal parameter to anisotropic and I cannot find a the right way to change the syntaxes in INP file to refine it anisotropically. I will appreciate your help

What solvent can I use for my NMR test that can dissolve my sample which is a PET-PBT blend?

I need a solvent to be able to take NMR test from my samples PET-PBT blend. I will really appreciate if you can help me. I already tried DMSO, Chloroform, Water, and Ethanol.
