Purification of flagellar basal body and hook (BBH).

I use the protocol of Kubori. T 1997 for B.subtillus (the protocol is attached). I don't manage to get any bands following the CsCl ultracentrifugation (there are only brown pellet on the bottom)....

Does anybody have a full sequence of plasmids pHV1249 and pRJ45?

We would like to use the vectors for the calibration of Paenibacillus. However we do not have the complete sequence of either of them.
