Why does CO2 formed when the mixture of sodium sulfate & HCl is heated in water bath?

Na2SO4 + HCl -> Na2SO4 + HClThis should be the reaction. but during my recent experiment, my manual mentioned about CO2 formation after being heated in water bath. can anyone explain about this?
