How to plot Photo-Celiv graph in origin???

I got the data of my samples in "text document" from photo celiv measurements, but can anyone tell me how to plot it in origin???

Dear seniors, I am working with planner inverted Perovskite solar cell, with structure ITO/ PEDOT:PSS/ MAPbI/ PC60BM/Ag, but cant get PCE higher 7%,

Voc is 0.88, FF is 0.60, Jsc is 14.84, I need some suggestions as this structure already got over 10% in some publication.co-solvent for my PbI2 and MAI is GBL:DMSO.
