THRESHOLD for E GENE COVID 19?

I am trying to define the threshod of COVID 19, E GENE detection using ABI 7500. WE are using KOREAN KIT powercheck however, the THRESHOLD is not define in the package insert, the FLUOROPHORE is FAM.
