Does anyone use Prepman Ultra Sample Preparation Reagent to extract DNA from whole blood? How do you do it? Thanks!

We would like to extract DNA from whole blood using the Prepman Ultra Sample Reagent but we cannot find a protocol to do it. Could you help us?Thank you!
