Does anyone have information on the tolerance in different animals after i.v. administration of nitisinone?

I am interested in the safety/toxicity of NTBC administration in different animals. There is a lot of data available relating to oral administration however limited data on intravenous administration.

Any experience using an absorbance reader to assess cell titer blue assay?

Does anyone have experience in using absorbance readers (570nm/600nm) in cell titer blue assay (as opposed to the recommended fluorescence)? I am planning on using the Biotek ELX800 for this.
