How to prepare APTES stock solution for ninhydrin test?

I am facing issues in getting the standard curve of APTES in ninhydrin test. Should i take direct APTES(0.2ml, 0.4 ml.....1 ml) in various concentration or i need to prepare stock solution for APTES?
