How to modify Al2O3 surface to make it hydrophobic?

Dear Scientists, I am going to disperse Al2O3 with synthetic oil (hydrophobic). Therefore how to modify Al2O3's surface to it stable in the lubricant? thank you very much. Best regards, Agus.
