How long does it take to lyophilize 50 ml liquid sample?

Approximate time taken for lyophilization of 50 ml sample mixed in sterile water. Purpose of lyphilization is HPLC. We have Lyodel lyophilizer in our facility. Model: DPRG-1GH? Thanks!
