Similar to CD-drug inclusion complex, is there any technique or polymer to make inclusion complex for hydrophilic drugs??

I am working on hydrophilic drug which is very prone to hydrolysis and thermal degradation. I need to make solution of this drug with extended stability for 9 months. Please share your views.
