How do i calculate the weight percent of uranium in U9Mo-Al dispersion fuel with 19.75 enrichment and the Molecular weight of U9Mo ?

I have seen in literates that the weight percent of Uranium is 91 % but my calculations give me 95%. How do i know the number of atoms of uranium and Molybdenum.
