I did UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS I got the mass for every compounds and I calculate the error of mass in term of ppm, and would like caculate mSgma.

If we have Flavonoid with tow sugars moiety in 6 and 8 carbon both of them in form of C-bond , Which one will fragmented first C-6 or C-8?

The fragmentation of Aglycone C-Di glycoside in negative ion will produced complicated ions, so for identification such compound we need fellow the behavior of the fragmented ion in term of priority,
