How can I import a common text file(.txt), read its content using UEXTERNALDB subroutine and call the file from UMAT subroutine in ABAQUS?

I have developed a phase field model in Comsol and I want to import the result to ABAQUS, and perform stress analysis using UMAT. Helpful tips from my colleaques that use ABAQUS is needed.
