How to Calculate Effective Modulus of Subgrade Reaction When a Pavement is resting on Compacted Subgrade, Granular Sub Base and WMM/WBM?

I want to know how the practicing Engineers are calculating in the field to design a Concrete pavement on this cross section of pavement.
